I began by chopping some chicken breasts into cubes and marinating it with chopped onions, garlic and green peppers. While the chicken cooked, I boiled the rigatoni. After the chicken and veggies were sauteed, I combined it with the pasta sauce (chunky garden style) and seasoned to taste. I made sure the rigatoni was al dente just the way I like and mixed everything together. The end result..voila!
